The PENN® Carnage™ III rods are truly in a class of their own. The Ulua rods are specifically designed to combat fishing from the rocks and surf. This 13-foot workhorse is built with heavy duty components. Composite blanks, PacBay® Caxin Indestructible guides, Fuji® reel seats, and our tough and tacky rubber shrink tube handles prepare angers for any challenge from the surf. Our proprietary SLS3 blank construction provides a very thin diameter blank, while maintaining a lightweight feel which is ideal for heavier boat, jig, surf, and nearshore models.
